Counsel F. Annie Sinofsky spent twenty years in corporate America, working in industries as different as food and perishable products (helping launch the wine and cheese movement in the United States), financial services, consulting services, and utilities. The mainstay of that career was spent working with or around banks on financial services and products.
In 2007, Annie switched careers and went to law school, fulfilling a long-time professional and personal development plan. Upon graduation, she became associated with Sullivan & Cromwell, where she learned the practice of capital markets, then Latham & Watkins, where she learned the practice of banking (including commitment papers), and finally Moses & Singer, where she deepened her practice in the fields of secured financing and trade financing, including letters of credit, with collateralized deals ranging from $20,000 to $3.5 billion.
Throughout her legal career, she has also been working pro bono on successful immigration cases, including asylum and SJIS cases.
Annie is currently advising clients on corporate and secured financing matters.
